CHALLENGE:
Overwhelming crowds at BravoCon’s previous New York event required a strategic shift to ensure better fan experience and event cohesiveness.
SOLUTION:
To address these challenges, Bravo relocated BravoCon to Las Vegas. Together we leveraged consumer research to retain what worked and redesigned the Consumer Experience, Event Flow, Production, and Ad Sales Sponsorships to meet heightened fan expectations and offering a more enjoyable and organized experience in the vibrant backdrop of Las Vegas. Results speak for themselves, with publications describing it as a "...triumph," "BravoCon is back and better than ever," and "...one of the hottest events of the year."
